By using Zziba's Food Truck (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment. All content, including artwork, characters, music and code, belongs to QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. or its licensors.
Coins, gems, ad-skip tickets, boosters and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, including their refund policies. Progress and items are stored on your device; if you uninstall the Service or change devices, consumable items may be lost. Non-consumable purchases (such as the Starter Pack and "Permanent income ×2") can be restored with "Restore purchases".
The Service shows ads. Rewarded ads (for example "surprise boosters") are optional and give the stated reward only when watched to the end. Offline earnings and rewards are calculated by the Service and may be capped. We may change reward amounts and ad frequency.
Do not cheat, modify the Service, exploit bugs or interfere with other players or our systems.
We may update, change or discontinue the Service or any part of it. We try to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms and will change the effective date above.

「찌바의 푸드트럭」(이하 "서비스")를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 미성년자는 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다.
회사는 이용자에게 개인적 · 비독점적 · 양도 불가 · 철회 가능한 서비스 이용 권한을 드립니다. 그림 · 캐릭터 · 음악 · 코드 등 모든 콘텐츠의 권리는 QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. 또는 권리자에게 있습니다.
코인 · 보석 · 광고 스킵 티켓 · 부스터 등 게임 아이템은 현금 가치가 없고 환전할 수 없습니다. 결제는 구글 플레이 또는 애플 앱스토어가 각 약관과 환불 정책에 따라 처리합니다. 진행 상황과 아이템은 기기에 저장되므로 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 소모성 아이템이 사라질 수 있습니다. 비소모성 상품(스타터 팩, "영구 수익 2배")은 "구매 복원"으로 되찾을 수 있습니다.
서비스에는 광고가 나옵니다. 보상형 광고(예: "깜짝 부스터")는 선택이며 끝까지 봤을 때만 보상이 지급됩니다. 오프라인 수익과 보상은 서비스가 계산하며 상한이 있을 수 있습니다. 보상 양과 광고 빈도는 바뀔 수 있습니다.
부정 행위, 서비스 변조, 오류 악용, 다른 이용자나 회사 시스템 방해를 하지 마세요.
회사는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 법이 허용하는 범위에서 간접 · 부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 소비자 보호법상 이용자의 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.
