This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use Zziba's Food Truck (the "Service"), why, and the choices you have. The Service is free to play, shows advertising and offers optional in-app purchases. The Service has no user accounts and no sign-in.
1. Information we collect
Gameplay data — truck and city progress, coins, gems, tickets, unlocked menus, knife mastery and settings. Stored only on your device.
Purchase information — purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The Service receives the product purchased and a transaction identifier so that it can deliver the item and prevent duplicate delivery. We do not receive your payment card details.
Advertising data — the Service uses Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and ad interaction and diagnostic data, in order to show and measure ads. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
2. How we use information
To run the Service and deliver purchased items and rewards; to show advertising, including rewarded ads that you choose to watch for boosters; to fix problems and prevent fraud; and to answer your requests.
3. Advertising, tracking and your choices
iPhone and iPad: the Service asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency before any tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the Service does not track you, does not show a cookie or ad-consent form, and requests only non-personalised ads. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) the Service asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in the game's Settings → "Ad privacy choices".
On any device you can reset or limit the advertising identifier in the system settings. If you decline personalised ads you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests.
4. Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us run the Service — Google (AdMob, Google Play), Apple (App Store) and Unity Technologies (game engine) — and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Children
The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Retention and deletion
Gameplay data is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Service. We do not hold an account or personal profile for you, so there is no account to delete. For data collected by Google for advertising, see Google's policies above; for any other request, e-mail us.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data and to object to certain processing. Contact us by e-mail below.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the Service.

이 방침은 「찌바의 푸드트럭」(이하 "서비스")를 이용할 때 어떤 정보가 왜 수집되는지, 이용자가 무엇을 고를 수 있는지 설명합니다. 서비스는 무료로 즐길 수 있고 광고와 선택형 인앱 구매가 있습니다. 서비스에는 회원 가입과 로그인이 없습니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
게임 기록 — 트럭 · 도시 진행, 코인, 보석, 티켓, 연 메뉴, 칼 숙련도, 설정. 이용자 기기에만 저장됩니다.
구매 정보 — 결제는 구글 플레이 또는 애플 앱스토어가 처리합니다. 서비스는 아이템 지급과 중복 지급 방지를 위해 구매한 상품과 거래 번호만 받습니다. 카드 정보는 받지 않습니다.
광고 정보 — 서비스는 구글 애드몹을 씁니다. 애드몹은 광고를 보여 주고 측정하기 위해 기기의 광고 식별자, IP 주소와 그로부터 추정한 대략적 위치, 광고 반응 · 진단 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.
2. 이용 목적
서비스 운영과 구매 아이템 · 보상 지급, 광고 제공(이용자가 골라서 보는 부스터 보상형 광고 포함), 오류 수정과 부정 이용 방지, 문의 응대.
3. 광고 · 추적과 이용자의 선택
아이폰 · 아이패드: 추적하기 전에 애플의 「앱 추적 투명성」으로 허락을 구합니다. "앱에 추적 금지 요청"을 고르면 추적하지 않고, 쿠키 · 광고 동의 창도 띄우지 않으며, 맞춤형이 아닌 광고만 요청합니다. iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
법이 요구하는 지역(유럽경제지역 · 영국 · 스위스 등)에서는 맞춤형 광고 전에 동의를 받으며, 게임의 설정 → "광고 개인정보 선택"에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 재설정하거나 제한할 수 있습니다. 맞춤형 광고를 거부해도 광고는 나오지만 관심사에 따른 광고가 아닙니다.
4. 제3자 제공 · 처리 위탁
서비스 운영을 돕는 구글(애드몹 · 구글 플레이), 애플(앱스토어), 유니티 테크놀로지스(게임 엔진)와, 법이 요구하는 경우에만 정보를 제공합니다. 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
5. 아동
서비스는 일반 이용자를 위한 것이며 만 13세 미만(국가별로 더 높은 나이) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 제공된 것을 알게 되면 연락 주세요. 삭제하겠습니다.
6. 보관과 파기
게임 기록은 이용자 기기에만 저장되며 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다. 회사는 이용자 계정이나 개인 프로필을 보관하지 않으므로 따로 지울 계정이 없습니다. 그 밖의 요청은 메일로 보내 주세요.
7. 이용자의 권리
거주 지역에 따라 개인정보 열람 · 정정 · 삭제 · 이동 · 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 메일로 연락 주세요.
